Places, roles and permissions
Choose a place, understand your role and find out why some features may be hidden.
One account can access several places. After sign-in, Umovi selects the last used place or shows your available places.
Switching places
- In the web panel, use the place selector at the top of the left sidebar.
- In the app, tap the place logo, then Switch place.
- Save open forms first. The app warns you about unsaved booking changes.
Roles
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Place settings, billing, integrations, data and team management. |
| Manager | Daily operations, clients, services and the team; some capabilities depend on assigned access and the plan. |
| Employee | Their own or assigned calendar, bookings, clients and personal availability. |
